MATCH RULES

Account Sharing is Forbidden! You may not share, buy, sell, rent, trade, or transfer to acquire any account on the roster. Hacked/glitched players are strictly forbidden in this tournament. Also, all forms of the "Dribble Glitch" are BANNED from ALL PABL competitions. Fair play is highly encouraged. Taking advantage of glitches will result in action being taken against the player and/or team with a forfeit for the offending team. All games must be streamed on the registered Twitch account(s).  All games must be archived in case admins have to review video. You must play on the court with your registered team name and logos.

 

DISCONNECTIONS/LAG-OUTS

If a player lags out before tip off it is an automatic restart. Quit the game and contact the opposing team to match up again. If a player lags out while winning and the entire rest of his team immediately quits, that will be a replay with a point spread. If any player on your team keeps playing after a teammate lags out before quitting it will be a loss. “Immediate” is defined as under 30 seconds. If a team is consistently having players lag out against them (indicating a time out glitch is being used), appropriate action will be taken, including possible expulsion from the league with no refund. This will ultimately be the commissioners final decision.

 

REPLAYS

If the entire match drops out, then the remainder of the game must be played out in a replay unless both captains agree to let the result stand. e.g. The game drops out at the end of the 3rd quarter. Team 1 is winning 45-40. The game will be restarted and 1 quarter will be played. Team 1 wins the quarter 10-5, therefore making the final score 55-45 to Team 1. If a team loses a player early on in the game due to a disconnection, they may quit within 30 seconds of the disconnection prior to the 3rd quarter. The score will continue over from the previous game with a point spread. e.g. If the game was 15-10, the replay after the disconnection starts with a 5 point spread for the leading team at the time of disconnection (15-10). Do not count points to the spread that occur after the first player has quit/lagged out. However the full game is still to be played. Any disconnection after the 3:00 mark in the 3rd quarter must be played out.

 

TEAM RULES

All team members who participate must be registered on the website and listed on their team's roster. If a team is found to be using ineligible players in their matches, they will forfeit all matches the player was involved in. Players may only represent one team that they are registered on. A player cannot be on multiple team rosters. Every team must have a representative for their team in the league’s Captain Chat. The Captain Chat will be in Discord. 

Every team name must have “PABL” before or after their name. 

 

MATCHMAKING RULES

Teams must make every effort to play all of their games. Failure to do so may result in removal from the  league/banishment from future competitions.

Private matchmaking is to be used. When both teams are ready to play, everyone will ready up except for the team captains. The team captains will agree on a password and then search. Games must begin within 30 minutes of the scheduled game time, and each team’s stream must be up showing 5 players in the arena. If this does not happen, the team that is late will lose game 1 of the series. Every 20 minutes after that a team is late will result in a forfeit of a game in the series.
